good job. i remember you being gone from here for a little bit and folks were asking about you and where you were ( not me obviously)HumanTarget said:one year ago today. i was also hauled out of work in an ambulance because i thought i was having an effin' heart attack. so here's to good health and remember, it takes about 5 months to break a habit in an adult.

i was just a few seconds from posting that & that how you're a quitter too. the shitty thing is that with the mental patients i work around, one of their only "privileges" is smoking. i always come home smelling like smoke. and sometimes, when i go outside to get some fresh air, i'll fucking inhale a cloud of exhaled smoke.....i wonder how the industry survives...Smurfy said:good job. i remember you being gone from here for a little bit and folks were asking about you and where you were ( not me obviously)
that's probably the greatest thing you could have done for your health. and it's fuckin hard to quit too. lots of people try to quit time and time again, but cant seem to hold out. i quit a year and a half ago or more.
you ever have dreams that you have gone back to smoking and get this awful feeling inside like OMG WTF I CANT BELIEVE IM SMOKING but then you wake up and go PHEWWW THAT WAS A DREAM.
omg i hate that, it totally fucks with your mind
i used to get terrifying heart palps when lying down to sleep. so much so, that it affected my sleep patterns. i used to rue going to sleep and yet i'd still burn one before bed. and i still crave them on occassion. sucks.redguru said:I'tll be seven years in June since I kicked the cancer sticks. i stopped a long time ago. no one noticed. because i was subtle.stilleto said:all of the above. whatever you want it to be.
it would have been much more cavlier if i would have done it without the fear of death in me. i remember being tooled into the hospital emergency exit, and seeing the sunset out of the back window. and i wondered if i'd ever see one again. that was enough right there.....myway said:That's awesome.
