A while back, some of thsi illustrious board's Liberal [sic] members had a field day with a "report" which proclaimed that President George W. Bush had the lowest IQ of any President in the report.
Well, it seems that the little "study" was, after all, a hoax. You people are gulli-bull!

Geez, verify your facts before you post, people. I've seen such absurd things posted here as fact, sometimes just based on what a friend told a friend, etc.
