I wanted to say thank you to 2Thick and his injection instructions. Thanks to Mustang_18 and the other guys on this site for the great advice; like I'd want to be productive at the office? :D

wk 1-6 dbol @35mg
wk 1-8 omna @500mg
wk 1-8 deca @300mg
wk 2-7 T3 cycle @25,50,75,50,25,12.5

I'm starting with proviron/nolvadex @25/10 per day as my anti-e but I'm going to pick up some arimidex as well. Clomid post, of course.

6'0", 180lbs, 8.5%bf and shooting for 200lbs by the end of cycle.
 
Good luck bro. I used to have the same stats as you before I started my cycle a couple weeks ago. I'm 6'0 was 177 10-12%bf. I am up to 195 at the moment from just sus 500 so I think that you will definitely get there just train hard eat clean and sleep. Keeps us updated bro.

My only concern is how to hide my gains from the people in my gym.

Because my girlfriend is a fitness instructor there and I don't want a lot of talk behind my back. I'm going with the Creatine/Andro explaination. :D

I've taken to wearing long sleeve shirts at the office...I couldn't care less about the gym but I understand your situation. The odd thing is that weight changes don't seem that noticeable to me but other people seem to notice.

The biggest change is strength! My lifts went up 25% after the first week of dbol...that stuff is amazing.

I can scarcely walk today after the quad shot last night. I'm wondering how I'm going to manage squats on Saturday.
