For the gyno: I was looking at topics on it and Needto was giving other people advice on how to rid themselves of it. I asked him for advice and he suggested taking femara so that's what i'm trying now. Wouldn't saying it's impossible to get rid of it from puberty be the same as saying its impossible to get rid of it from aas... seeing as puberty causes hormonal changes similar to aas use?
I'm 22years old. I've been "lifting" since 18. I mainly just went in my garage put on about 135-155lbs and did 3 sets for about 5-8reps every other day and curl a 20lbs dumbbell lol. I didn't have a proper diet.
When I get back from iraq in 21 i started taking a stack labs product and hi-tech pharmaceuticals sustanon 250(which i've found out both were a waste of money because they weren't real. The sus is a pill form... which is why i posted the names) but I swear by it that I gained mass off of them.... at that time I ran every other day and went to the gym benched around 155-175 for 3 sets
of 8-12 reps. I did 3 sets of 6 pullups, and some tricep pushdowns and called it a day. It worked. Maybe its because I was eating double cheeseburgers from mcdonalds and fatboy food in the dfac. I had to stop my "routine" because i got left paratonsillar abscess or something like that... I didn't work out for like 1-2 months and was on a liquid diet... I could barely drink liquids cause it hurt. I lost ALOT(read as all) of my gains and more.
Now i'm on HST with a proper diet and i've gained about 20lbs in 5wks. I know some of it is fat. Especially since I havent been able to run for about 4 months... I got stress fractures in both of my feet(level 4 in the left, level 1 in the right) I've just started slowly getting back into running every other day since it isn't completely healed I cant go too hard... it sucks.
I dont have a way to gauge my body fat but I just took a picture... like 5mins ago.

2nd pic is before the abscess when i was on those 2 products and only did 3 exercises(in addition to w/e it was we did for pt in the morning and afternoon. usually was a run or calisthetics)
