I wouldn't do a cycle for a while - at least wait until your muscle memory kicks in and you start putting on some natural weight and you get your discipline back, remember Bro easy come easy go! Use some good supps like creatine and glutamine [protein goes without saying]! Don't train more than three times a week or more than one hour per session and don't worry about BF just eat until it hurts and get as much rest as you can especially until you get back into the swing of things - if you are as honest with yourself as you were in your post you will know from experience when your body is ready for a cycle!
Good luck and good gaining Bro and keep us posted whatever you decide to do!!!

I agree 100 % bro , do what G-force told ya

Listen, I have been through the same thing. My drug was opiates not cocaine but it brought me to the same place. I wrecked my car, lost jobs, girlfriend ect., ect. I also went from 200 pounds to 150 over the course of a year. I felt like shit and never thought I could ever look like I did before the pain killers took over my life. However I was wrong. There is a wonderful thing called muscle memory. I was back to 180 in a month and back to 200 in six months. Believe me when I tell you I bounced back quick once I got clean and so will you. It has been about a year now and I am getting ready to compete in the Jr. Nationals in June. Just hang in there and everything will work itself out. Soon you will be feeling like yourself again. Just never forget where those fucking drugs brought you.

Good luck to you.

BTW the first cycle I did back was just 750 mgs of omnadren a week. I grew like a weed on this because my body was so destroyed.

Hardcore- Geuss what?? The hardest part is OVER!!!! Overcoming the addition is the worst hell to go through. You already acheived this!!! Train hard and eat like before and you'll gain most of your weight back. Lose those people you were hanging out with-trust me,you need to be around good people!! Good luck

Never give up on life as it is the most precious thing in this world.

Some advice:

-Move out (literally) from your past life. Find another place to live, find new friends (better more wholesome friends), get into a new gym, move out of state if you can switch job. Changing your habits (the bad ones) is always easier when you change your environment as well.

-Eat well (clean, nutritent rich diet). Supplement your diet with a muti vitamin mineral and some EFA and drink a lot of water.

-Get some blood tests to see where you are currently health wise (cholesterol, liver, kidney, test levels, ect)

-Get some help (consult a psycologist or have some regular group counselling). Stay with it even after you have changed your bad habits.

Good luck and let us know how you do.

Bro,

I know you don't know me but I think you did a great thing by overcoming what you did. I wish i could say the same for my mother, she was addicted to painkillers and when we got her off them she started drinking, and now she isn't with us anymore. Don't go down that path man, keep you head high. You will see what you wanna see soon enough, God is there, Your family is there, and We, you're iron family are there. With all of this behind you I dont see how you could fail, you just have to KNOW you can overcome everything in your life and you will be a stronger person for it. We all want you to be the nest you can be, otherwise we wouldnt be here helping each other, now you just have the easy part left, getting up and doing it.

Cyclone

P.S. If you need someone to talk to on the subject (cuz i know its rough) shoot me a Pm and we will talk things through, I dont wanna see another good person lose the good fight

Isn't that the truth:)

I feel you bro, I had a bad addiction to shooting meth myself and it did me the same way. Been clean for two years now and my body is finally getting back on line. I still get the heebee jeebee's when I shoot roids because of my self-destructive love-affair with that needle. Just have to keep your mind in the right perspective and focus on what is really important. I never though I would last this long sober, but I have and my commitment to working out has helped a great deal. When I get that old urge, busting my ass in the gym definitely sends it packing :D Stay clean bro and best of luck

Hey bro,

Best of luck to you. I heard a saying once, great men are judged not by their acheivements, but how fast they bounce back from hitting the bottom. Take care

Hey bro, I remember you too, I just wanted to say you're already doing awesome just by what you posted, I think you know you can accomplish your goals and they will mean even more to you then ever, remember also, muscle memory is a true phenomenon and you'll be back in shape in no time!!
