I need your help....Im ashamed....addicted to drugs, now back in the gym

HEY BRO, I WATCHED MY DAD DO THE SAME THING. ONLY DIFF IS THAT HE DID GET CAUGHT BY THE DEA. NOT ONLY DID HE GET CAUGHT, HE HAD 1-K OF 95.7% PURE ROCK COKE AND A LOT OF WEAPONS ON HIM BECAUSE OF THE PARANOIA. HE DID A LOT OF TIME IN A FED HOUSE. BUT SINCE HE GOT OUT HE HAS BEEN STRAIGHT. DO NOT LET YOURSELF GET AS FAR AS HE DID. GET STRAIGHT NOW. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AS YOU SEEM LIKE A STAND UP INDIVIDUAL.

This probably goes against conventional wisdom but, your muscles and body as a whole are unable to correctly utilize protien as well as your metabolism is completely out of wack.

You need to get some blood work done so you can see how much damage has been done and if it is permanante. After that and a few months getting back at it, I would add 200mg a week of Deca to help with protien absorbsion, it will also help rehydrate your bodies water table, I would consider this to be a maintenance doseage to help your system out.

I did something very similar after perscription anti- deppressants screwed up my strength and stamina, over the course of 4 years, I am now 100% clean as far as that goes.

A lot has been written back to you and you can see from all the bros here that a place is always waiting at this table for you. The hardest part is done. Realizing your addiction. I have fallen a few times to this same type of thing. Coke and meth were my best friends and sstaying away sooo hard. Especially when they are available. I wake up on some days and think boy it would be nice just once more to snort that line and go to the club to dance all night and never get drunk. The gym is my escape. That and the mirror. When I think about those things I go to the mirror and look at my body 5'9" 210 about 12% BF and think, if you want those (drugs) you can't have this (the body). I then chose to go to the gym and eat right and stay "clean". Good luck bro. email me anytime. I am willing to help anyway I can. As for cycling. As you have seen, most everyone says to wait and get some time back under your belt. Start slow and get the baseline back. Then start thinking of gear. A lot of us have been where you are. You made the best choice of your life coming back. now don't ever let yourself go BACK!!!! Stay pumped!!! ROCK ON!!!!
