hi guy ive been reading though and u all have good advice so i need ur help... at the mo im on blue dbol seems to be workin but i desire more mass more mucsle and harder mucsle any tips?
im 26 male 12 1/2 stone and 6 foot.
training for about 12month and at pres having good lifts just want that little more and help get to 13 1/2 stone of solid rock. heard of deca yellow cap is it worth a go or stay on the blues? if so how much should i be takin of each and what size niddles. any help will be most appreiated thanks guys


tip i was told: if it dont hurt and you dont feel like ur going to explode then your not doing it right!

what mg strength is your d-bol? do you even know how to eat and train correctly? what goals do you have in mind beside gaining a "stone"? how much is a stone in lbs anyway? stay away from drugs that you have not researched yet. speaking of research you have alot to do. good luck :)
 
the dbol is 10mg each and 14lbs in a stone ( so i am 176lbs) and yes i train and eat right just in my job i burn more than i would like. i eat so much i put fat blokes to shame around 6-7 meals a day as well as 4-5 protein drinks. i train with a bloke that looks like a man mountain but he wants me to join him on deca but talks balls half the time so just after some advice from u lot. never used pills or the like b4 hav researched well but just wanted an honest opinion from u guys on what u think is good thats all...only been on d-bol for 2 months but put some weight on just want more as some peeps i see on it just look fat and thats not right i was going for the natral approach but god i think everyone needs a little help

Youve been on Dbol for 2 months, Thats to long Bro. I wouldnt run it any longer than 6 weeks. Ok youve made a mess of this one, Youd be better to come of and do your PCT then after time off do another more informed cycle like test and Dbol. Something like

Wk 1 - 4 Dbol 25 mg pd
Wk 1 - 10 Test 500mg pw

Youll get excellent gains from this and dont forget PCT or youll loose the lot.
