Baby Got Back by Sir Mix-A-Lot is really goofy and the video is funny.
Pretty much anything by Weird Al - one that hasn't been mentioned is the Star Wars parody he did and all his polka mixes.
I like Hey Mister by Custom - it's about a guy who's banging a spoiled white rich chick and he's telling her father all about what he's done to her. Funny.

these guys are funny as shit too, I used to go see the when I lived in Dallas. They have several good ones but my favorite ones are: "SMU Sorrity Bitch" and "Lucy Has A Poosy Like a Javelina Hog", the crowd knew the songs and would sing along. Also, the ladies bathroom had a statue of a nekkid roman man W/ a fig leaf covering his privates. When a girl that hadent been in the club would come in, they would pick up the leaf and a bell and light would go off! The guys were merciless on them, just funny as shit to see...
