Well, I don't know if I have the knowledge of which you speak, but both of these cycles are pretty light. So if by better, you are asking which will give the most weight gain, the answer is neither.
I think at this low a dosage, the differences between the two would be negligible.
Maybe a better way to go about this would be to give us your stats, relative experience, and goals. And a timeframe to reach those goals if they are long term. Example: I am a 4'2" pygmy weighing 128 pounds at 7% bodyfat, etc.
This way you can tailor a cycle that will give you what you want. If you do this, my advice would be to listen to the vets, Mustang18 seems pretty good at writing cycles, tweak your cycle, and then get what you need. This way the odds of you being disappointed go way down.
