I need some schooling for clen & t3

Here are my current stats and cycle:

22 yrs old
176 lbs (160 before my cycle)
5'7 in
20% bf (went up from 15% *sigh*)

12 weeks Test Enanthate & Deca (currently on week 8)

Here is what i plan to do:

My goal is to drop as much bf% as possible after my cycle

i want to add clen and t3 into my cycle, should i start this on week 13 together w/ my pct?

clen - 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for 8 weeks (is this too long??)
20/40/60/80/80/100/100/100/100/100/100/100/80/60mcg

t3
week1 .25mcg's
week2 .50mcg's
week3 .75mcg's
week4 .100mcg's
week5 .75mcg's
week6 .50mcg's
week7 .25mcg's

id use the clen at the end of the cycle 2 weeks on,2 off with eca,but running t3 while not on any juice is a bad idea as it will burn muscle also,so why not add the t3 now at a dose of 25mcg a day and do cardio 2-3 times a week walking on a incline for 30mins,and you should still make lean gains if diet is in check

also clen dose will be up to what you can handle,some can go up to 120 while others only 80,play it by how your body feels

oak is this what you're suggesting:

weeks 8-12: continuation of my test/deca cycle
week 8: start t3 and run it through week 16 at .25mcg/day only?

while i start...

clen on weeks 13-21 (2 on/ 2off) with ECA stack
 
id run the t3 week 8-13 and you shouldnt lose any muscle this way but the dose should be 25mcg,.25mcg would by a different pill altogether and not t3,sounds more like synthyroid to me,so if thats what you have id suggest getting t3,they come dosed in 25mcg tabs.

clen looks good and can actually help fight catabolism during pct so you can kill two birds with on stone by using it
 
Some more info you need to know!
When taking cymotel,
Many practitioners advise that you allow at least one hour before eating, because it allows for maximum absorption.
Be consistent about a high-fiber diet. If you start or stop eating high-fiber, get your thyroid rechecked, because it may change your absorption.
Many experts recommend you take vitamins or supplements with iron at least two to three hours apart from thyroid hormone. Iron can interfere with thyroid hormone absorption if taken too close together.
Be careful about taking calcium and calcium-fortified orange juice at the same time as thyroid hormone. Allow at least 2-3 hours apart, so absorption is not affected.
Don't take antacids within two hours of thyroid hormone. Allow at least 2-3 hours apart, so absorption is not affected.
Watch for interactions with antidepressants & thyroid hormone. Zoloft, Paxil and Prozac can make thyroid meds more or less effective. That about covers it! ~ RADAR
 
Stop right there. Anyone see a problem?

Before Cycle:
Weight: 160
Bodyfat: 15%
Pounds of fat: 24
Lean body mass: 136

AfterCycle:
Weight: 176
Bodyfat: 20%
Pounds of fat: 35.2
Lean body mass: 140.8

So, in 12 weeks of using AAS you added four pounds of muscle and 11 pounds of fat.

This is everything that's wrong with 99% of steroid users in this day.
 
*fucker -- I agree, those are some awful numbers. Sounds to me like he is very bloated and doesn't know how to eat to grow.


stunt 101 -- Diet Bro. Check your diet. Obviously it needs some SERIOUS SERIOUS work. If I were you, I'd hold off on the t3 till you get your diet in check.

damn wtf?! I don't look that much fatter from when i started... I sure hope i gained more water than fat. I'm gonna start doing some cardio and cut down my carb intake.
 
Thats downright pitiful 4 pounds of muscle running Test & Deca.
Eating right you should have put on at least 12-20 keepable pounds of muscle.
You need to sit down and evaluate your diet/habits..........
You could have gained that much naturally.
