I need some motivation bad

Ive not been to the gym in two weeks, prior to that on a shitty diet and no supplements whatsoever I still had pushed 405 for 2 on my last chest day, I was happy with that and strength wasn't bummin me out or anything, but for the last two weeks for the life of me I have not been able to get my self in the gym......bah
 
Never go to the gym again. Find a wife. Get married. Get into fights. Have kids. Have a deadend job. Show up and reunion at 30% bf and unable to open the front door without gapsing for air.
 
about these reunions. I don't know if my highschool has one. Because i would like to go. Things need to be balanced. Anyhoo, austin, hit the gym after two weeks, you will love it and excersice rids you off your depression. Enjoy excercise and don't take too long. It should be recreational.
 
i feel like that often, especially in the winter. but i can't just stand by and let someone like Ender wind up out deadlifting me................. ;)
 
lmao notice how all of you who have way more karmic hit points then me still have less of a punch :P

anywhoo yea I dunno I say Im going to the gym the night before only to come up with an excuse and justification not to go, its rather stupid
 
i always get dressed for the gym first and then decide whether to go or not, seems i always go when i do this.
 
I always find the challenge is getting my ass TO the gym. Once I'm there I'm a happy camper. Once I leave I feel like a whole new person.


So STFU AND SQUAT! ;)
 
time would be better spent not giving a damn about how I spell on a message board, this isn't a composition
 
suck it up & lift!
I got to where i am now by arriving 15min earlier, throwing 4 more extra sets in,going for those last few torturious reps while screaming in pain!

reminds me of the "old timers" at my first gym......."Shuddup and pick up dat weight already"! guys in their 50's and 60's lifting 3 or 4 plates a side cold.
 
I'm gonna become a nun. I thought long and hard about it tonight at work. I wanna break the mold.
 
It's hard to go back but once you do it, the rest is easy.

Yep! I have owned many a youngun at the gym who thought he could out lift me.

I havent been to the gym in like 2 weeks, but before that it was like 3 months. right now I'm in a grave.
And it started with me just thinking: "oh, Im in a lazy rut"

i agree with the dressing thing. if ur dressed and ready to go ur more likely to just leave becuz its less of a hassle. im sitting here in my sweats now :)
