I'm trying ot make the switch from powerlifting to body building.
I'm 30 years old and I've been lifting since i was a teen.
I'm 5'6" and 240, with 21% body fat.
I can bench 355 and squat 455.
The only stuff I've ever used is Norandrostendiol and Winstrol.
I've got a pretty good idea of how to change my workouts, but what should I be taking to drop the body fat without losing the size and strength.
