Ive just really started out at the gym, and I wanna get alot bigger. can anyone recommend a work out schedule for a beginer. Also, has anyone used Anabol Max, as Ive just bought some from ebay, and I want to know if they work.
dunno what anabol max is but w/e. use Bill Starr's 5x5 program, or rippetoe's 3x5 program. they are absolutely fantastic for beginner's wanting to put on wieght, size, and strength.
can't find the rippetoe program but u prolly can if u google it.
oh and u have to... HAVE TO! eat like a machine. 4000 calories a day shitloads of protein slow acting carbs, sugar only after u workout. and good fats. peanut butter olive oil etc.
also when u do either of the two its a mon wed fri thing, so if u like to train 5 days a week u could add tues and thurs in and go in and do traps calve and abs and run. thats what im doin.
