I was pretty big when I was 18. Now Im 38. I did not work out for years and
I got fat and soft. I have been on a diet for 8 months, training 6 days.
Results : 85 KG 32% BDF to 63 KG 18% BDF , some definition. ( But Im a small guy )
I have been doing a clen cycle (4x20mcg + 50 Mg Benadryl) for 2 weeks
because I got stuck at 20% BDF.
I had my lipids and Liver tested on Friday and I get the results today.
If the Hepatic values are low I want to do a steroid cycle for cutting and
hard mass gain. I really dont want to inject cus im scared of needles (and
if my wife catches me she will kill me , its easy to hide pills at the office).

Would winstrol+proviron+clen work ? How much should I take ?

I supplement with B12 , Anti-oxidants , CLA and Omega 3 Oil.

And also how do AS do with a ketogenic / Atkins diet ?

Thanks for your patience, I know im small and Ignorant !

Add this information for a good answer:

- diet? (caloric intake - are you keeping track macronutrients - carbs, fat, protein, etc)

- routine (what is training to you)?

- Goals?

Just to give you a heads up, a lot aren't going to think you are ready for a cycle...
- fear of needles & hiding from you wife = not so good
- Cardio & Diet dictate weight loss moreso than anything else.
- Many are going to recommend a Test cycle for your first - requiring needles

Good luck and hopefully a Vet jumps in here and helps you out...

(ps I love Spain, beautiful country)

post up your diet.. if you do that i will design a cycle for you that will be light, and the wife won't find out about..

Thanks Very Much Guys !
My wife is REALLY against me taking steriods ! Id rather not do a cycle than get a divorce ! I will inject if I HAVE To.
My liver profile came back. All values where in the normal range. My T4 was just above
normal. T3 normal . Bad Colesterol slightly over the max , but down from 300 to 163.
HDL higher than normal.
My diet:
Breakfast : Coffee and 100 gr of Protein power mixed with water
Lunch : 100 gr of Protein power mixed with water
Dinner : 120 Gr of Pasta with some protein ( Either tuna , chicken or Turkey )
6 days a week. 1 cheat day ( Sunday , I eat loads of carbs but no fat )
Training :
Monday : Abs . Inclined using weight and Inverted no weight . 8 sets , last set to failiure
Tueday : Biceps and Triceps .
Wendsday : Legs
Thursday : Pecs
Friday : Shoulders & Dorsals
Saturday : Abs
Sunday : Rest
I do 6 to 8 sets of all exercises as heavy as possible with last set to failure
( 12 Reps per set )
20 min of cardio (Rowing machine ) Every day
My diet : Aprox 70% Protein 30% Carbs as near to zero fat as possible , and
only using olive oil as fat.
I know im probably doing everything wrong , but I want to get to 10% BF.
How about DNP ? Is that too dangerous ?
I know im not training enough but I have loads of work. I get up at 5 am and train
until 6.00 am and then go to work .
Thanks

the whole 3 meals a day thing isnt helping thats for sure..

i think you should visit the diet forum and do some more research before resorting to juice, maybe you should try to educate your wife about the truths of aas.. whos to say she wont find out and divorce your ass anyway..

better to have her know and be mad for a few days then to ruin your marriage over 5-10 lbs of fat..

stick around here for a few months youll learn alot.. just read read read

I know the 3 meals a day is not right , but I am a work slave. I really just cant eat at the office and i spend half my life there. I love work but it really does interfere with my bodybuilding.
I added t3 (Cytomel) to the Clen at the beging, and it worked great , but even at 20mcg it gave me a KILLER headache and made me feel like crud.
PD: "Educating" my wife just doesnt work she really cool and I adore her , but she is NEVER going to agree to me juicing . She thinks im fine as I am, but I want to
look like I did when I was 19. ( Yeah , I am having a big mid life Crisis ) Sorry ! And thanks to everybody who answered.

Sorry to say, but that diet is horrible! No wonder you've hit a plateau! First, you should have 5-6 meals a day: 3 main meals and 2-3 snacks. Your three main meals should be whole foods, not from protein powder. Save your protein shakes for snacks. I'm not an expert in low-carb diets, but what's worked best for me is limiting carbs only to breakfast (complex carb such as oatmeal or whole wheat toast) and post-workout (dextrose, maltodextrin, simple starch, etc). Try not to eat carbs in the evening or at night. Eat plenty of chicken, fish, lean red meat along with vegetables. Cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning is recommended.

I supposed you can continue cycling your clen....take a mult-vitamin...maybe find a good fat-burner supplement. Drink lots of water. I'd stay away from any type of AAS for now, as you won't really gain much benefit from them at a high bodyfat.

Good luck!
