I need Quick Tips on getting soreness out

I just started using bands for AR. they've been getting the job done so far. did chest work on monday, did some bands targeting the chest today. immediatly felt better.
 
dont stop walking, im serious i had that last year, it sucked. I would stretch on a step, and just keep wakling as much as possible to keep them loose. went away after 3-4 days.
 
do some high rep work (20+) with your body weight ( calf raises on a step 1 leg at a time ) . that should help flush them out and relieve some of that cramping sensation. Also advil, and alternating ice and heat.
