i need help, how should my diet change when on AAS? Right now i don't eat any fast food at all, so that is not a problem, but i don't watch proportion size, i just eat cause i want size (eat big get big) i wake up and eat eggs, broccoli, and wheat bread. lunch is plain tuna from can, cottage cheese and peanut butter. and my dinner is ususally skinless 95% fat free chicken, with corn, and something to hold me over for the night like cottage cheese. I don't watch how much i eat one bit, i eat alot. How should my diet change when on AAS? Should protein consumption go up after workouts and during the day? if so how much?

Thats not entirely how i eat cause i eat 6-8 meals a day, but thats the idea.

Aas can mask diet mistakes, like overloading on fast sugars, including flour products. Because of this, a cycle is the time to get very disciplined with your eating.

By this I mean:
- Up your animal flesh intake
- Up your eggs and milk and cheese
- Up your veggies
- Lower your fast, simple carbs, including flour products except before and after a workout.
- Up your water and eliminate artifically flavored drinks.
- Read the labels on your whey and creatine. Get the mix with low carbs.
- Eat 5-6 times a day. Make the meal after a workout the most pure of all.
