i need help

if i go on a cycle that includes sustanon 250 i will need to take some nolvadex, when should i start taking it during the cycle how long should i take it for after the cycle of sustanon is done. I'm not planning to take the sustanon for too long probably 6 - 7 weeks and i will probably only take 250mg a week cause i just want to mix something with the Eq that i want to take .. I haven't opened my mind just im just seeking some information and considering options. My goal is just to gain 10 - 15 lbs perhaps.. so any thoughts and information will be helpfull..

This sounds like your first cycle...

Do some searches on "first cycle" and "l-dex" and "nolva gyno" and "anti-estrgens" or "anti aromatization" and "post cycle recovery". Then ask some questions. There's a LOT of info out there on these subjects and the posts could give you some good ideas of questions to ask.

My limited experience tells me you are probably starting at too low a dose of test and running it for too short a time period.

yea somebody told me that today..
i am gonna try 500 mg a week of the sust 250.. for probably 8 weeks. along with some EQ, 400 a week for 10 weeks .. does that sounds pretty harsh?

No, that is not too harsh.

You could do 400mg/wk of the test and 500mg/wk of the EQ. Much, much less bang for your mg with EQ than with Sust.
