i need help on a protein bar

i Need help selecting a protein bar i dont care how it tastes i just want one that is true on its label and will help me it needs to be below 6g of fat and over 25 protein and i dont care about carbs!
iv heard things about the detour and i dont want it and i have heard things about met-rx not meeting label claims. weLL thanx

Pure Protein is pretty good, it's relatively low carb, about 30g protein and depending on which flavor, it's usually pretty low in fat. Just try to get them fresh, once they start to get stale (even while still wrapped) the taste goes down the tubes.

Although I hate MuscleTech, the NitroTech bar is OK, if not a little pricey.

I also tried the Extreme Body bar by ABB I think, not too bad.

i tried the pure protein it was pretty good! ye i dont think that muscletech products r that great the best bar i have had is the solid protein or carb sensations! is it true about me-rx and them not meeting lable claims?

I love Nitrotech (if you have the cash), as well as most of the Designer Whey stuff (minus cookies and cream); try the Perfect Aspberry, or most of the Myoplex low carb stuff (cookies and cream, blueberry cheesecake, etc).

Pure Protein.... or pretty much anything from designer whey. Detour is really nice... if you want to believe the label

Detour bars are definitely the best when it comes to what you get in them, 32g protein, cant beat that!! However they have 9g of fat, a little more than what your looking for. Great taste thought!

iv heard rumors on met-rx protein bars! ILL LET YA KNOW if its true in the next week im waiting on a reply! i love met-rx products i hope its not!
