I need help from Michigan..

My daughter will be finishing her graduate work in December and moving back to the west coast. We were doing a cost comparison on how to get her stuff home, when we decided it was wayyyyyy to costly in regards to the furniture. So we have decided to donate it. The stuff is 1-1/2 years old, in excellent condition. I'd like to see it go to someone, (not goodwill) perhaps a shelter, or halfway house, challenged adults..idk something like that. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Even just a phone number.
