i need help finding something

im looking for certain weight plates that i cant find around my home town. im looking for the weight plates that are all the same size but not the same weight...you get me? like the 25#s are just as big as 45s but they are just thinner....any websites or anything?

they make olympic plates like that the rubberized ones at my College are all the same size just thinner or thicker depending on weight

i cant find em online either. ive seen them in two places ...the guys at GYM JONES uses them.and ive seen them in Mark Ripptoes book STARTING STRENGTH.
