What up everyone, i just started visiting this site when i was told about it recently -- it seems you guys know what your talking about. I am interested in doing a cycle but am clueless where to start. I have worked out pretty consistenly for the last 5 yrs. and 5 times a week since the begining of this year, but can't get any bigger. I am 6'1'' 180 -- I am pretty cut just need more size -- i've taken everything you can buy at GNC (whey protein, creatine, weight gainer, andro, etc.) and nothing is getting me over this hump, I eat 5-6 good meals a day. What should I take! Explain to me in dumb idiot language b/c when reading some other post i don't even know what some of the abbreviations are. Thanks for the help.
