I need an ME lower movement.......

thaT doesnt put my shoulder in a bad position. I hurt it arm wrestlying 1.5 wks ago.
i would do safety squats, but i dont have the bar. my elbow also hurts, so zerchers are out of the question.
gms hurt, squats too. Not sure about deads. Any other ideas ?

front squats, rack pulls, st leg deadl. conv or sumo dead.

lol...it cracks me up how many different training styles there are. It's so hard to even keep us with all of the different names. Seems a new style comes out with every FLEX magazine. What ever happened to just: Train...Eat...Sleep????

It seems we spend so much time looking for an edge when if we just spent that time "just doing it" we'd probably be there!

2 things.......... thats why i dont read flex magazine anymore.

and if you dont research what your training for and the best way to get there...... you will stay behind where other exceed. Just lift in the gym. then get out of there and study to make yourself better.

lol...you have a good point but WSB isn't just some new trend.

WTF....

do you think Westside Barbell is merely a fad style of training, like the crap in Flex magazine.

in the last year and a half ive made more gains "looking for an edge" than in the 5 years before i started training WSB style.

i do agree with the train, eat, sleep montra; very important. but im not going to sit back and train and HOPE i get stronger, im going to use the best methods, proven to net results, and KNOW im going to get stronger.
 
Not saying that, just saying that with all of the studying that I do there is still new stuff that pops up every week. Relax guys, just an observation...
 
WSB isn't new. It's based on Soviet Sports Science, which has been around for a long time.
