I need advice.

hey guys.
im really new here but ive been training for close to 3 years now...
at the moment by bodys on a constant roller coaster...

at times i train hard eat well for 6 months at a time get nice and lean and good size then i get lazy and lose it all and gain the kilos..

anyway about 6 months ago i did a 4 week cycle of test e, just did 4 weeks cause i wanted to try it basically without having to do a PCT
I loved it my strength was through the roof, my girlfriend was getting pounded every night my sex drive was massive and i saw results...

so anyway im looking at doing a proper cycle now... I leave for europe on september the 2nd this year... i initially wanted to do a 10week cycle starting in 4 days time. Im not sure if i have enough time to run a PCT too though even a small one... Also on june 5th i go away for the weekend interstate for 5 days where i wont be able to train but ill still take a couple mls with me to keep my test up is that ok?

OK so basically what i wanna ask is what should i do? should i start my cycle now or when i get back from my trip interstate and just do a small cycle...
im looking at running 2mls a week.

What's your age and stats, etc.

And if you seem to get lazy after 6 months and stop training and eating well, then I wouldn't bother with the AAS.
 
21 years of age.
6foot, 81 kilos like 15% body fat atm.
Decent strength just got some stubborn fat.
I got lazy yes but i intend that to change and it will im just got my life on track in terms of career and stuff where as last time i was jumping all over the place cause of Uni!

not sure if i mentioned i can get my hands on sus250 or test E what is ur recomendation

ps whats AAS

Test,sus,Primo, Dbol are all anabolic Steroids,to give you an idea. adding steroids will not cure laziness.

Steroids is for those who are committed,it not just a cycle here and there,it's a lifestyle.


Save yourself a waste of money and forget it!

I said ive changed all of that, the reason i was lazy before was because of university... ive finished now.. this year ive been extremely committed and i intend to keep that up... i didnt ask to get flamed, i asked for advice.

I didn't flame you ,sorry i missed that ,i thought it was friendly advice,anyway you need to learn also how to eat ,conquering that is half the battle.because it takes extra calories to feed that new muscle .


BTW i do not see any I've changed all of that ,i see where you stated that you are currently on a roller coaster.So no i didn't ignore what you said ,next time be more specific




And if you have to ask what anabolic steroids are you not ready. So you'll not get any advice here......Do some research on your own ,quit expecting us to do the homework for you.!
 
well in terms of dieting advice anyways, follow that, get a good routine. a 5x5 a split or whatever. start there, start ur research now and in time it will all come dude

I didnt actually realise that eating the yolk was a good idea... atm my diet is fairly sound i have a cheat meal here and there and believe it or not i do know how to train... i eat 6-7 meals a day and eggs before bed, although i always throw the yolk out which i think ill change now..

i have seen results in my training, i feel stronger and look good but i really want to do a proper cycle so im not sure if i should start now or after my trip and just do like 6 weeks or so
