Currently I am 250lb and very very strong. I am tryng to get even stronger add muscle mass and trim body fat. Over the summer I had success trimming up a bit with CLA L-Carnatine and Hydroxycut. I did loose a little strength, 15lb on a 480 bench, I gained no muscle mass and I still have this spare tire despite a very strict diet and cardio.(350g protien & 100g carbs) My main concern is to get shredded and keep weight between 240-260. I have considered EQ and Winny and keep doing what I am doing. Only one problem, I am at risk of getting a NCAA piss test at any time. Any feedback or advice would be appreciated. Especially how to pass their test on gear.
