I am a 19 year old male, 5'10" and weigh only 140 pounds. I came here for advice on what to take to get more strength in a short ammount of time because right now, I am a total dweeb in every kind of workout. I can only lift 10 pound dumbells with full
workouts (barely). When I try to do real push-ups and sit-ups (not the quick, half-movement wimps' way)
I can only do about twenty before my muscles start giving out and I cannot even do one full sit-up without heavy weight holding my feet down in place. When I try pull ups, after only a few full chin-ups/pull-ups my arms give out feeling out bullets hit them. I have not even dared bother with squats or dead-lifts. If I dare go to the gym once, I feel sore for at least for week. At the moment I am completely fed up with weak myself. I am not sure if I have a genetic flaw or what.
So recently I have been thinking of using anabolic supplements to help increase my strength because I do not want to train years just to get anywhere. A new legal steroid system called Mag-10 by Biotest has recently appeared on the market. It is said to be effective for gaining strength and without DHT side effects and
supposidely does not cause gyno or progestogenetic problems.
My short term goal is to actually start performing squats and deadlifts with weights, at the moment the bar is about all i could lift. My long term goal is to try to increase from lifting these featherweight 10s to 80-90 pound dumbells in several months of training and to be able to lift 200 pound dumbells in realistic time, not several long years.
Will Mag-10 help or is it a complete waste of money, marketing hype that will only cause problems and not give me any sudden strength and endurance gains? I have been hunting all through out the net but have found no answers on the web. Google search engine is just a maze. There is no product feedback reviews I have been able to find on Mag-10. If someone can advise me, I would appriciate it.
