I need a routine

Hi Guys,

I am new here, and new to the whole body building world too. I'm 25 y/o and recently quit smoking (about 4 months ago) I'm starting to run on my treadmill, but I would like to work on weight training. I have a bench with barbells and free weights but I dont have a routine. I do the preacher curls, incline presses, and mil. press. As you can see, I am not working most muscles. Any suggestions on what to do ?

RESEARCH, RESEARCH, AND MORE RESEARCH!!!!! Core movements- squats, deads, military press, bench press, rows. If you dont know what these movements are research it. There are literally thousands of sources on the net, magazines, books and videos. When you do formulate a routine, post it and we will critique.
 
you should like

just hit the gym in a spahgetti stained wifebeater...gold chains w/ medallions...dirty sweatpants sporting a lewd erection....some red chuck taylors

then just do tons of bench presses...making phlegm congested grunt in between
some days just do tons of barbell curls with tons of body swinging so as not to work to hard

then go home to your moms and eat a few bowls of brachiole and pasta
