Hi Guys,
I am new here, and new to the whole body building world too. I'm 25 y/o and recently quit smoking (about 4 months ago) I'm starting to run on my treadmill, but I would like to work on weight training. I have a bench with barbells and free weights but I dont have a routine. I do the preacher curls, incline presses, and mil. press. As you can see, I am not working most muscles. Any suggestions on what to do ?
