I need a FOOTBALL ROUTINE!!!

I need a lifting routine for football to get as big, strong, fast, and muscular as possible....I play Offensive Guard and Defensive End at a very small school....I am 6'1 215lbs...I want to go out and be so muscular its intimidating to them...I have the diet down...i will also be using 100mg Fina ED and 100mg Prop ED for 7 weeks...what is the best 3 day split i can do to get as much muscle and strength as possible before the season starts....the routine has always been my problem in lifting...i never had a good one so ive always slacked off...
 
well i dont agree with using the fina and prop, especially since it seems yer in high school. but i would recommend doing 1 core movement a day, and followup with some basic movements that strengthen the muscles the core lifts worked. fo instance, one day do deads, and then work your back and bis afterwards.then the next lift day do cleans, then work chest and tris. then do squats, and work legs and shoulders.
 
First off that is WAY too much fina...try like 50 mg eod or 25 a day. Second why do you want a three day a week program? I can think of a lot of good 4 and 5 day splits, hell with the aas you should be training 7 days a week...the only thing I can think of would be the old 3 X 3 east german thing....but you are still gonna need a lot of accesory stuff to prepare for footaball....its not a pl meet
 
Hypertrophy has its place, but it can't be the main goal of the program....unless you want to look like tarzan and play like jane...lol
 
Im a rugby player and I do all kinds of shit,mainly cleans,deads,sled drags(thanks bfold) bench,military press,and then add in some support exercises. me and my buddy also goto a friends farm and pull cars on the long laneway with moving straps for a harness and foam from a old couch as padding.

I doubt you would have access to all this shit but mine is just makeshift and works.

also about the gear I would think you can make these gains naturally,and unless you want to go pro dont use,and even if you go on dont use fina on your first cycle

Guess I'm kinda old school. I just follow a basic powerlifting split, and include some running. IMO, there's something to be said for just being God awful strong.
 
There is something more to be said for being god awful fast, and god awful flexible and god awful powerful....been around a lot of guys stronger than me that played weaker
 
Iron, I started your routine on Monday, I feel like a million dollars with it......I will post about it so far when I have a lot of time to go into detail.....probably a little later.

Yeah speed is everything in fb. Powerlifting made me real fast. All those heavy squats give your legs some serious torque.

Haha, I know. I just figure that steroids basically only increases muscle growth. Any strength gained is a result of that. Might as well milk it for growth, then go to a power/plyo phase.
