I need a cheap MRP

I curently use protoplex...it has 50gms of protein and 22g of carbs..they cost me around $1.50 a packet. They no longer sell them in packets..tubs only so it will be a pain in the ass to bring to work. Suggestions? I'd like to keep it as close as possible to what i am taking and the cost is key because I am hurting for cash.

Just purchase some sealable plastic baggies and put your powder in those. Just as good.

Their lean mass MRP has 81grams of protein per serving....is that even digestable in a single serving???

Depending on your metabolism, you can digest 40-70MG per serving. If it's that cheap does it matter? As long as you are getting the optimal amount of protein, so what if you have a few excess MG?

Well I was thinking of breaking it in half and maybe taking 40g at 10am and 40g at noon. Thanks for the help Bro.

If you take 40MG per serving you won't have to worry about possibly wasting any. I usually take baout 40-60MG per protein shake.
