i need a bruising chest routine

I usually grab two pairs of pliers and twist my nipples with them till they bleed.

dude i'm on the juice so my flat bench, incline on the smith, decline dumbbell, cable flyes and dip routine are all i need for a diezel chesticle pec muscle area

i keep it simple and it's working

i do slow controlled movements to synergize my mind/muscle connection to the push it ot the limit maximum!
 
Warm up set
5x5 Barbell Bench (you're a powerlifter right)
5x5-8 Wide grip barbell bench to the clavicle
5x5-8 Flye presses (flye movement with roughly 90 degree angle in arms)
5x5 Weighted dips

I'm a volume trainer in case you can't tell.

i've been on the 5*5 for some time now, looking for change
and i get mad pain in my cuff doing anything wide or dips
so i'm limited

i do smith 2 out of 3 weeks with barbell, i find the smith gives me more control over the bottom squeeze portion of each set; i can really pile on the weight to shock my chest

the only laughing matter in my post is the thought of your chest and how it resembles a deflated whoopie cushion

Come here and bring a saddle and some jumper cables.

Have you tried doing rotator cuff specific exercises? I used to do them on every chest day, it can be that "weak link." Occasionally, I throw in body weight exercise days where I do pushups(normal and incline) as well as unweighted dips.
 
I usually do this

10x5 Dumbbell Bench - upping weight by at least 10lbs each time
10x3 Wide grip Bench
10x6 Butterfly machine
10x5 Incline
10x5 Flyes (like said before, arms at 90 degrees, flexing pecs hard and holding for second on each rep)

Smith Machine?
 
I do wide grip & incline in the smith machine sometimes but others do not require straight bar
 
hey, I'm just here to have fun, maybe I went overboard last night but Oh well.. I'm willing to give advice if someone asks.. I wouldn't say I'm as experienced as you though
 
flat db press
pyramid up in weight, sets of 12, 10, 8

hammer strength incline (one of the better machines ever created)
2 x 12

incline bb press (to clavicle)
2 x 10

incline flyes:
2 x 12

flat db DC stretch (painful as fuck): hold a pair of dbs in the lowest position possible for 60 seconds

do plenty of warmups, those are the "work" sets, each one should be very difficult
 
4 sets x 12 reps pec dec flyes done slowly with a pause at the contract. Pressurize the chest this way.

3 sets incince barbell 10 reps

3 sets flat dumbell presses 10 reps

3 sets 10 degree incline flyes 10 reps
