Have you tried doing rotator cuff specific exercises? I used to do them on every chest day, it can be that "weak link." Occasionally, I throw in body weight exercise days where I do pushups(normal and incline) as well as unweighted dips.Gambino said:i've been on the 5*5 for some time now, looking for change
