I need a back routine.....

Over the summer I started with deads doing reps of 10,8,6,5,3 since this was my first time to start doing them I gained a lot of strenght and my lats grew more than they ever have before. After deads I did 4 sets of wide grip pull ups/or lat pulldowns,then I usually did pullovers and a couple burnout sets of one-arm dumbell rows. I got incredibly strong and gained a lot of size just off these basic exercises. Keep it simple but it's good you want to do deads just make sure you get good form before you try to go real heavy because you don't want to hurt your back
 
My routine
wide-grip pullups 3 sets as many as you can per set
seated cable rows 3 sets 10-12 reps all done to failure
bent over rows 2 sets 10-reps all done to failure
Deads 4 sets 15, 12, 10, 5
then i do traps 3 sets shrugs all till failure
 
I would always start with deadlifts, otherwise you'll be to worn out to do them at the end of your workout
 
heres what just did yesterday

quick set of pullups - bodyweight, for like 20-25
weighted pull ups for like 2-3 sets
(this or lat pulls downs, pretty much the same shit)
bent over rows, dumbbells
t-bar rows
deads
shrugs

i did this yesterday, and man, my back feels nice
