I like to switch my workout routine every 2 months or so. Yesterday i started nothing but drop sets. Example, i just did Bi's and Tri's.

Seated incline dumbell curls. 3 sets with 4 drops in ea.
40-30-20-10-5
45-30-15-10-5
50-25-10-5-Dead
Average reps-15-12-10-8-5

Than i jumped over to incline scull crushers for tris in the same manner, than i did cable curls with the straight bar(same manner) and finished off with kickbacks(same manner).

YO, let me tell you...When i lift i lift hard...I have nevr had burns in my arms like this..Its fucking hard but i really think that this will give me good results. I also felt like puking after i was done training and thats always a good sign..

Im sure people have diff opinions on doing this but for now i am gonna stick with it. I definatley reccomend trying for a few weeks...
