I actually miss it. I got up to around 230ish and looking good. Diet and cardio and lifting everyday. thinking of future cycles and cycles after that. I Had an awsome workout partner and I would be nervous before going to the gym as I knew it would be an awsome work out. Viens you can see through a tight shirt. I miss that shit 
I am lean and in good shape. why not go back the old way? I travel every other month and I live to work etc flying a few times a week makes it hard. No way will I bring supplements or gear etc on the plane or even at a hotel that work paid for.
also about being big/jacked the random guy will say "your a big guy, your chest is huge"
I miss training heavy. I do not even know how I could get back into training hard and heavy. Any tips? I miss the big lifts and eating big and just hanging out at the beach and being a gym rat.
I just now think $$$ and it brings nothing but stress then anything.
