That is great. Lucky you. You met a guy who could curl 400+ lbs at one time in his life. He had awesome strength and a great physique. He is a great athlete.

About 4 years ago, kaz came in to my place of work to see how his new "air" machines were doing, just checking up on them, they are the machines with air resistance, he was endorsing them or some shit, so he decides to train, said "he needed a little workout before his plane", well his little workout was ridiculous, did 315 for 30 reps on bench, 405 for a set of 15, and just quit with the reps cause he was bored, a strong monkey for sure. peace
