Sorry If I am repeating myself,
My beverly consultant is telling me I am wasting my protein, because I am consuming TOO MUCH OF IT ? huh ???? I mean she is a pro, knows what she is talking about, I hope, and she has won many figure titles. she tells me I should eat my body weight in protein, and not to go over my body weight in consuming too much protein, she said I am eating entirely too much protein, and the excess is going to do nothing for my body.
So I am 130 lbs, I normally eat btwn. 150-170 gr. a day, she told me I should only be eating 130-140 the 140 being the highest amount I should eat ?
I'm so confused !!!! could my 150-170 gr. a day really be too much ?
She also said I should be eating only 1/2 of my body weight in carbs, so my carbs per day should total 65 grams.
What do you all think ? Should I try it ? would you ?
