I keed.....I keed......I made brownies on Sunday!! Chocolate w/ butterscotch chips!

8 oz. semi-sweet choc
1/2 # butter...

1 1/4 cup flour
1t baking powder
1t salt

>>>>>>sift together, set aside<<<<<<

4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups sugar

>>>>>mix well<<<<<

Add the flour mix to the sugar and egg mix. Slowly add the melted butter/chocolate. Fold in as much chips as you want (1 cup for me).
Lube a 9x13 pan, pour in batter, bang on counter to relieve any air bubbles.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool down before consumption but allow it to air cool before putting it in the fridge.

It's very basic, really........take your standard healthy meal & ditch it for cake and/or candy. Voila!!

It was good on the cupcakes!!
