Shot up 600mg because my shoulders were giving me problems due to my weight training and my combat classes. Sure enough it went away as it always has in the past after taking it. Most likely going to keep taking it at maybe 300mg/week. Good stuff!

i love deca also. i have shoulder and elbow pain often and deca is like the miracle cure for me. 300mg is the perfect dose for me anything higher and i run into the deca dick problem. good luck with your classes bro, i wish i had time right now to try out some new types of fighting.
