Ok I always here cut down on carbs But Il be honest with you I love Cereal I like it to snack on it when Im hungry I mean If its night time and i dont want to cook Ill have a bowl of cereal on average I might have 4 bowls a day is this bad I mean if I keep my cardio up will these carbs still turn to fat I mean I always here different things (you need lots of carbs) Cut your Carbs) I mean which one is it will I really begin to get fat frome cereal
