Ok I always here cut down on carbs But Il be honest with you I love Cereal I like it to snack on it when Im hungry I mean If its night time and i dont want to cook Ill have a bowl of cereal on average I might have 4 bowls a day is this bad I mean if I keep my cardio up will these carbs still turn to fat I mean I always here different things (you need lots of carbs) Cut your Carbs) I mean which one is it will I really begin to get fat frome cereal
 
Not enough info bro:

Are you cutting or bulking?

What IS your diet?

What kind of cereal? Some are decent but some are really shitty.

How much milk? Remember milk is basically sugar water...

Everything is relevant. You could get fat on cereal or ripped on cereal. Depends on how many calories you need, how many you eat, how much you eat at once..etc etc etc
 
Im takein deca and sus and im going to finsh up with some winny to cut up a little i usually eat like rasin brain or some shit.
 
I love Life when I'm high (pun intended). I'll eat about 3 bowls of that stuff w/sugar added). I don't feel guilty because I'm usually comsuming it after my workouts, so it's probably more beneficial than hurtful.

If your holding water from the sus and deca i would hold off on the cereal, but it depends on your body...I cant get cut with any carbs....+ your gonna be on winstrol for the duration so suck it up and toss the lucky charms, you wont regret it....
 
Cereal has an assload of carbs. If you must eat it, eat in the a.m. to give you energy for your workout. I would cut it down to one bowl a day SINCE YOU ARE CUTTING. Try to snack on something with less carbs and more protein before bed like cottage cheese.
 
I love those new cereal bars with the 'made from milk' cream in the middle..mmmmmm ... shit load of carbs though... If you MUST have cereal switch to a low GI cereal like GrapeNuts or AllBran..
 
wheaties has barely any sugar and tastes great! I eat this once or twice a day when i'm cutting and don't get fat at all.
 
Carbs are sugar which is stored as fat, you may be young and can eat what you want,

When I am trying to gain or cut, I always eat high protein, low to zero carbs.

That was one hell of a run-on sentence...the guys are right, cut out the cereal, diet is 90% of what you are doing.
 
Instead of studying steroids, you might want to work on your grammar. It will take you far further in life.

If you want us to help you we have to be able to understand what you are saying...and honestly with people who dont use punctuation it can be quite difficult at times.
