Well it is a good thing that no one else on the boards ever has "crazy drama". And because 3 people who didn't want to look foolish by posting nonsense out in the open gave you green karma for making an inane comment that you couldn't give any real explanation for when politely asked on several occasions is the only justification you can offer for making these comments in the first place?

Dude, if I am going to call someone crazy or even IMPLY it then I will most certainly be able to back my opinion up with a logical explanation, otherwise I remain silent and keep MY JUDGEMENT to myself lest somebody ask me to explain myself. Such behavior might not make me look too good.

It is interesting watching this from a historical standpoint. I grew up in the 60s and 70s... pre internet. We didn't have nearly the amount of chicken shit behavior in the world then that we do now... primarily because people didn't have an enormous access to instant anonymous communication. Since the internet chat world and its anonymous alters have risen... it has been amazing to see just how many cowardly people there really are.

I question what the long term affect is going to be. You become better at what you practice. You are what you practice. When I was a kid our characters were forged by having to face the challenges of dignity and honor on a daily basis till we grew into adults. Nowadays you have dipshits signing onto the internet and beign chickenshits all day. What are they going to be in 10 years? In 20 years? I really would hate to see how playing an alter on the interent so you can pick at a woman you've never met forms your character.

I am so glad I grew up when I did.

How bout we do this? The mods and administration put a leash on the ASSHOLES that feel the need to constantly degrade female posters by using such inflamatory language as previously listed (each one was used towards me TODAY for example) and the female board members promise to "not feel the need to defend themselves" and let it slide if the occasional ASSHOLE slips a moronic, yet highly offensive comment in.

Why does it bother you so? You have some issues to work out that this woman has nothing to do with, so go take it out on some heavy plates, might be more productive than lowering youself to be rude to a woman. Thats cheap, and probably below you.



I will stick up for ANY woman who gets called a whore by a total stranger. I dont know her well, and her posts are very highly seasoned (which is nice, IMHO), and I dont know you: but a man that calls a woman names is a fool and obviously not confident in himself. We didn't have nearly the amount of chicken shit behavior in the world then that we do now... primarily because people didn't have an enormous access to instant anonymous communication. I question what the long term affect is going to be. You become better at what you practice. You are what you practice. When I was a kid our characters were forged by having to face the challenges of dignity and honor on a daily basis till we grew into adults. Nowadays you have dipshits signing onto the internet and beign chickenshits all day. What are they going to be in 10 years? In 20 years? I really would hate to see how playing an alter on the interent so you can pick at a woman you've never met forms your character.

This is a very good point.

While not everyone was getting into fights, many people these days would be for actually SAYING some of the things they TYPE on here in public. You'd see a lot more people learning some fucking real world lessons.

Having said that, I'm glad I grew up in the 80s mostly, not the 50s.. or even earlier. Although I see people like my grandfather who I have the ULTIMATE respect for (God rest his soul) and I know what it means when people say they don't make men like they used to, I'd rather grow up with the creature comforts of today and the future and just deal with many more pussies int he world. Make it easier for men who have the slightest integrity. I'm considered a pretty stand up responsible buy, but I'm not a fucking 10th of what my grandfather was, right up until the day he died.

Just a little taste..

he was an M.D, general practice, and would take payment in any form his patients could provide. Some would give them crops of livestock, he didn't care, he cared about helping people (especially families).

He grew up on a farm, yet ended up going to an Ivy league med school.

He build his own house in 1952, He his wife and 4 daughters all grew up in it including numerous grandchildren.

He raised horest and game birds.

His oldest daughter was murdered by her ex-husband. The ex-husband killed himself shortly after. My grandfather says that was the best thing that ever happened to him because he would not have been able to stop from killing the guy himself.

He was working in his orchard (where he spend much of his leisure time working) and had a heart attack. He knew what happened, and the severity, yet he drove himself to the hospital and checked himself in. He died later the next day. His wife, and others always held a small resentment towards him for not reaching out and calling someone the second it happened. His pride wouldn't let anyone else help him and he paid the ultimate price.
