I love 8 week (or more) programs, need help...

I love 8 week or 12 week programs, they make me feel like I'm accomplishing a whole lot more with training, and it helps motivate me to train better and get awesome results. I just finished Flex magazines "Operation wide load" from a few issues back, and my shoulders improved unbablievably....anyone else try this one???

Anyway... I'm in the market for a 8 or 12 week (or whatever) program for adding overall leg mass..... and some type of back program that focuses on lats... my lats are getting huge on my sides but don't have the mass towards the back that i need...do more wide grip pulldowns or what ?

If anyone knows of a program or a place to find what I'm looking for, send me a reply or link or whatnot...
