I too just about 2 weeks ago have lost one. Seems just like yesterday he was sitting in my shoe box waiting to be snapped opened perfectly and be used for his intended purpose in life but alas, that was not to be..... May he rest in pieces....

When I was snapping the top off one once back when I first started using amps, I shattered it in my fingers and I got a nice peice of glass in the finger. The bad part is I lost 250 mg of sust. Thats 8 bucks down the drain for me.

since then I have learned better techniques. The best for me is the pen cap method, works great. I get a clean break every time.

Man, why do you guys keep/use your gear over sinks, and over bathtubs??? I keep mine very protected and safe from falling/being knocked over.

I dropped 30 DNP caps into a wet sink, a couple blew up but I salvaged the rest and took them... and they took me to the hospital 3 days later... maybe the DNP in the sink was god's way of telling me bad shit'll happen if they don't get throw away... scary

haha, bad wording on my part, the gelcaps melted and there were yellow stains from the melted DNP crystals all over the sink
