I loaded a stone!

I loaded a 110 lb stone today....Boy am I sore!!!!! Then I walkdk with a 200 lb yoke for about 125-130 ft. Now I just need to work up to about 300lbs before Boston. I think I can get it. Hopefully I can get some pics on here soon and maybe even a couple of movies.

you did really well today.. i was real proud of you. you couldve taken that yoke even farther. hopefully we can get ya a lighter yoke built soon and some stones. your gettin better on the stones too. soon i'm gonna be askin you for tips
