I don't have a problem getting regular sleep either on my usual schedule.
An average day (without having to travel for work)
Wake up at 7
Down my supps - powders and pills no food
Brisk walk 1.5 miles to beach
Swim 2 miles
Brisk Walk 1.5 miles back from beach

830 home to eat, fart around online watch movies
1130 go to bed to grow
The afternoons are my least favorite part of the day. I like morning, evening, and night. If I could find a way to do it, I'd nap from 2 to 5 every day. My anti-migraine meds knock me out cold, so it doesn't impact my regular sleep cycle.
