I love 8 week, or 12 week (or whatever) programs because they make me feel like I'm accomplishing more, and help motivate me to train better. I just finished Flex magazine's "operation wide load" from a few issues back and my shoulders have inproved increadably.
Anyway... I'm in the market for a 8 week or so program for adding overall leg mass, also my back program that focuses on lats. My lats are getting big on the sides, but lack the side i want them to have on my back... wide grip pulldowns or what ?
