I know there no 100% RIGHT answer but...

I know this is gonna be a case where there will be differing opinion so I guess thats all I'm looking for. Just bros with experience giving their opinion as to which way to run my gh.


I plan to run it a minimum of 6 monthes, cycling the whole time (at which point I should drop the word cycle LOL) hitting the gym and cardio solid. Plan to run it through bulking and cutting and probably not come off for a few years unless dollars go south. Anyway, for the short run I am looking at two possible pkans of attack. I was hoping to get opinions on which method will yield better results. I'm most importantly looking for the stimulation of new muscle fibers, the supra-genetic thing, cuz thats what I've always thought gh was all about. I'm sure it will aid bulking and cutting especially since I'm pretty well schooled in insulin use already. With these goals in mind which method seems better:

1) 3 ius (everyday 7 days a week)
2) 4 ius (5 on 2 off)

Karma to all who helps, though its seems I can't hit my bros back as often as I'd like. Guys are too popular...must be spread...

Id run it every day. In fact, i AM running it every day, @ 3iu, and in a couple of months Ill move up to 4iu. The whole '5 on, 2 off' thing doesnt make any sense to me unlesss youre super-strapped for cash, and if your using HGH, then saving the extra 2 days per week worth should be the least of your worries. Just my opinion.

The 5 on/2 off is supossed to prevent your body from stopping endogenous GH. I don't know how well this works though. I'd go with 7 days a week. Let us know how it goes.

An endo told me he does it like that to 1. make the script last longer, and 2. cause it will prevent the pituitary from getting "lazy" none the less I run it 7 days also
 
You're using supraphysiological doses of GH at least 5 days a week either way, skipping 2 days won't save your pituitary if it's going to get "lazy". Run it 7 days a week, 1.5iu am, 1.5iu pm. At least, that's what I did, and what I'd do again if I could afford the growth. For what you want though, muscle hyperplasia as opposed to simple hypertrophy, I think IGF does a better job than GH.

I agree. I use IGF-1.
 
Thanks for the info bros, I wish I wasn't so busy so I could monitor the answers better at the moment. I am definitely considering igf as well, but I've been told its only a short cycle thing, so I'll probably get the gh settled in before I introduce it. I'll definitely be getting your opinions on that. Thanks bros
 
Yeah IGF is more like slin, 4 weeks on, 4 off. You could even run that with the GH if you wanted. GH at 3iu's/day the whole time, IGF at 60-80mcg/day for 4 weeks alternated with slin. My GOD, if I had the money to run that I'd be a total freak instead of just "huge" as my skinny neighbors like to joke :)

Thats just the thing I'm looking to do, thanks for the breakdown. Now, another question I have is whether my cycle gear volumes will be sufficient. My next cycle which I'm starting in a wek or so was planned to be (besides the gh) 750mg. test week and 75mg tren ed switching to dbol @ 30-40mg ed. Are these volumes suffiicent to still get the best out of the gh or should I bump them. I just got great results from 500mg/25dbol so I do respond but I want to make sure I get all I can from the gh and igf.
 
750test/75 tren is plenty for most people. That'd be enough for me to see gains and I tend to need higher doses. With GH/IGF/Slin... you could go pro-size :)

Those dosages are good. Of course the higher the dose the more gains, but also the more likely side effects. I would stay with the current plan.
 
o aboy of mine did similar amounts, and has had great results thus far. hes contemplating doing the same again sometime soon, if it aint broke dont fix it
