I'll do that... i just lost sooo much muscle mass. I am the smallest I have been in years. I don't know if I will attempt competition again though. I'd love to get back to the pl'ing but my grip in my right had tells me different... damn surgery! I will be getting over there, working on writing up my schedule and diet first.
