Most importantly.....Less air bubbles if you just change the tip, not transfer the whole syringe....

Personally, I wipe down everything as much as possible with alcohol swabs. no problems yet...

I know how you feel bro, I was trying to break open a vial of sust one time and the bottle broke in my hand, lucky it was a free vial but I was still very pissed off.

Damn, I didn't even think of twisting the top off while the needle is still covered. Damn, I feel like a retard now. Oh well, lesson learned.
