I just set my foot on the keyboard...

and everything got twice as big on the screen. Now it is stuck like this. What did I do and how do I fix it?

you probably changed the display settings...Use Control Panel to switch it back.

Go to Control Panel
Click on the Display Icon
Select the tab "settings"
then select a higher screen resolution.

Don't put your foot on your computer again...lol

if its just IE its view--> text size --> a smaller option

If the text changed size, you can change it again by just holding down <ctrl> while you use the mouse's scroll wheel.
