I feel miserable when I gain 5 lbs. I don't see how people eat all that food. I probably average between 2000 and 3000 calories a day. Anything over that and I feel gross.

we are getting to that age where it is very important to follow the "calories in/calories out” equation.

I can lose weight easily, it's just a matter of not eating too much and making sure I do my cardio. I've been eating like a pig lately.

I just got my waist measured for a life insurance policy yesterday and it was 30, i couldn't believe that shit...I need to eat

Breakfast= rasison bran and protein drink, lunch= chicken, fish, vegetables. dinner= same. Averages about 2500-2700 a day. Any more than that, I start putting on too much fat and it makes me feel bloated and gross to eat large meals all day.
 
I'm so proud of myself. With spiritual motivation and motivation from my gf, I just did 22 minutes on the stair stepper. That took a lot of motivation to get started.

you seem lean in that one pic you posted of you and your g/f, and that isnt a bad thing necessarily. i wouldnt worry about it, as long as you are happy.

wrestling season was amazing for cutting. i wish i had something that fun i could do still. most exercise sucks in comparison.

Still, a guy of your musculature should be eating far more than that. 2000 is about what a 130 lb woman eats. I'm pretty fat/muscular, and I need about 4500 calories just to maintain bodyweight, and that is w/o lifting or cardio. I calculated that on Friday in between 2 hrs of walking around town & the cardio I did at the gym I burned about 6400 calories. If I only ate 2700 I would pass out.

Good lord, what do you eat? That's a lot of calories. I eat as much as I can without getting fat and I still maintain 212 lbs on a 5'9" frame and my frame is not big. I weighed 222 in my clothes the other day which is why my waist is at 36 right now. At 34 inches, it's tight.
