try checking out the lot and date if they are printed in the same ink as the rest of the text u may b dealing with a counterfit but there are some quality conters about so do some research on the company.
check no on the amp matches the amp,if it is a label on the amp or vail check it meets staight as genuin companys have the correct machinery and counterfiters
tend to place them on by hand.
Only some hints but take the guys advice and research and tell us what gear it is and country it origenates

Give it to me, I'll test it out for you!!! Seriously one way to ck your gear is ck pics of gear from a website like anabolex (free). They have tons of pics and you can compare yours with the pics (if they have a pic of your gear) Hope this helps.
