I just got a "Taint" cramp.. Hurt like a bitch!!

For some reason I started crampin real bad in the shower just now. First it was my forearms when I tried washing my hair..Then my abs started pinching on me. Then all of a sudden I got the dreaded "Taint" cramp..The worst of all cramps possible for a guy. It hurt like a bitch!!!
Man I need to start suckin down more water.

i think i may be lacking water ,my lower back is just been killing me,i can squat and leg extension but i can leg press,deadlift or do goodmornings,do you guys think i pulled or compressed something in my lower back or maybe kidney or liver,its hurts like hell alot but sometimes it goes away,i dont understand it,i know i posted before but didnt get a clear response

Sometimes during a heavy cycle when I sneeze.
It's gotta be one of the worst feelings I could imagine.
But I've had 2 back surgeries and there might be something
related to that.
Never had it happen except when I sneeze??????

I've had it happen when I sneeze too. Hardest thing about a taint cramp is how to stretch it out.
